Cancellation Policy

A minimum 48-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations and or rescheduling requests made after the 48-hour cut-off will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Same day cancellations will be treated as a "no show." No-Show Policy: If you do not cancel and do not show-up (no-show) for your scheduled appointment you will be charged in full for all scheduled services.
